BROCCOLI/RICE BAKE 
1 pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
3 c. cooked white rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1 med. onion, minced
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 can French fried onion rings

Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain and chop up large pieces.

In medium saucepan, heat butter and saute onion. Stir in dry mustard, then cheese spread. Stir in soup.

In large pot, add broccoli and stir. Stir in mixture from the saucepan.
