BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs, beaten well
1/2 c. salad dressing
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. onion flakes or fresh onion
Salt & pepper to taste
1 stick round salted butter crackers, crumbled
1 stick butter

Cook broccoli according to package directions. Drain. Mix together soup, beaten egg, salad dressing, cheese, onion, salt and pepper to make sauce. Mix with cooked broccoli. Pour into buttered 9"x13" baking dish. Toss cracker crumbs with melted butter and put on top. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 to 45 minutes.
