CHEESY HASH BROWNS 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns (bag)
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Slightly thaw potatoes (4 minutes defrost in microwave). Mix all other ingredients. Put into baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
