LEMON YOGURT CAKE 
2 1/4 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 tsp. lemon rind
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. butter
1 c. lemon yogurt
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Grease and flour a Bundt pan. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix all ingredients, pour into pan and bake 60-70 minutes or until toothpick comes out dry.
