CHEESE SNACKS 
2 c. grated sharp cheese
1/4 lb. butter
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. red pepper
3/4 c. chopped pecans

Cream the cheese and butter together. Add flour, salt, pepper, and nuts. Make into rolls the size of half dollar. Wrap in wax paper; chill overnight. Slice thin and bake at 375 degrees. Watch closely as they bake fast.
