BAKED SAUERKRAUT 
2 lb. bag sauerkraut
1 lg. can whole tomatoes, drained
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 lb. bacon

Mix sauerkraut (not drained), tomatoes, cut up into sauerkraut and sugar in baking dish. Top with raw bacon, chopped up. Bake at 325 degrees for about 3 hours.
