BUTTERSCOTCH OATMEAL GOODIES 
1 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. quick cooking oatmeal
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips

In a small bowl mix flour, soda and salt; set aside. In large bowl cream butter, both sugars, eggs and vanilla; mix until light and fluffy. Mix flour mixture, well in butter mixture. Stir in chips and oatmeal.

Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 7-8 minutes for a chewy cookie, 9-10 minutes for a crisp cookie.
