CARAMEL SAUCE 
1 can Eagle Brand milk

Place 1 can Eagle Brand milk (submerged) in covered pot of water and bring to a boil for 3 hours, continuing to replace water being evaporated. Take can out of boiling water and let cool for 2 hours. Chill in refrigerator overnight. Serve with Granny Smith apples.
