YELLOW ANGEL FOOD 
5 eggs, separated
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1 1/2 c. cake flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Beat egg yolks and water until fluffy. Add sugar. Sift flour before measuring and add to yolks. Beat egg whites and fold in. Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees in an angel food cake pan.
