NEAT TO EAT SLOPPY JOES 
1 lb. ground beef, venison or turkey
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. catsup
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt (opt.)
Dash pepper
2 (8 oz.) cans refrigerated crescent rolls

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brown meat. Drain. Stir in the rest of the ingredients minus the rolls. Separate rolls into 8 squares, firmly pressing down to remove seam holes. Spoon about 1/4 cup meat mix onto center of square. Fold shorter ends to center, overlapping slightly. Seal edges. Place on 2 ungreased cookie sheets, seams down. Bake 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 8 sandwiches.
