ONE - PAN MEAL | |
6-8 green peppers, cut up 1 good size onion, cut up 1 lb. hot dogs, cut into almost 1 inch pieces 1 can tomato paste (regular size) 4 cans water (tomato paste can size) Heat oil in frying pan. Add peppers and onions; fry until almost done. Then add hot dogs and let them brown. When browned, add tomato paste and water; salt and black pepper to taste. Let simmer 1/2 hour. If desired, cut up one good- size potato and brown along with peppers and onions. |
