BAKED BREAST OF CHICKEN 
1 boned, skinless chicken breast per person
1 c. long grain rice
1 c. mushroom soup
1 c. celery soup
1 c. milk
1 pkg. Lipton dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of chicken soup (Beckie adds)

Mix together uncooked rice, soups and milk in 9 x 13 baking dish. Place chicken breasts on top. Break onion soup mix up and sprinkle on top of chicken. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Serves 6-8.
