1 pkg. (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
2 eggs
5 tsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. melted butter

Combine all ingredients. Mix until well combined mixture will be slightly chunky). Spray a preheated skillet (electric works well), preheat skillet to 275 degrees with Pam and laddle batter by the tablespoon onto griddle. Cook until golden approximately 3 minutes, turn and cook 3 minutes more. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve with pure maple syrup and or fresh fruit. Mmmm Good!
