PEACHES & CREAM PANCAKES 
2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 egg
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
3/4 c. heavy whipping cream, whipped
1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained or 2 med. fresh peaches, peeled & sliced

Beat all ingredients except whipping cream and peaches, with wire whisk or hand beater until well blended. Pour by scant 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle (grease griddle if necessary). Cook until pancakes are dry around edges. Turn; cook until golden brown. Top with whipped cream and peaches. Sprinkle with cinnamon. 4 servings.
