MEXICAN SPAGHETTI 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 can tomato sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp. cumin or chili powder
1 pkg. long spaghetti
1 c. grated cheese

Brown meat, pepper and onion in skillet. Add tomato sauce and 1 sauce can of water. Add seasonings, simmer for 15 minutes. Cook spaghetti in salted water until tender; drain. Place in casserole. Pour meat sauce over spaghetti. Sprinkle grated cheese over meat sauce. Bake at 350 degrees only until cheese melts. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
