CHICKEN - LA - ORANGE 
4 chicken pieces
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. tomato puree
Juice from 2 lg. fresh oranges
Dash of soy sauce
Salt & pepper

PART 2:
8 oz. cooked long grain rice
4 oz. cooked frozen peas
2 onions, chopped fine
4 rashers (slices) bacon, chopped fine
2 oz. mushrooms, chopped fine
2 beaten eggs
Salt & pepper

PART 1: Mix all together. Pour over chicken in casserole dish. Cook in oven until chicken is cooked. Gas #4 (325 degrees).
