BATTER CHICKEN 
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. baking powder
Flour, enough to thicken
1 tsp. vegetable oil
Salt & pepper to taste
6 to 8 chicken pieces

Cook chicken for twenty minutes in water, salt and pepper. Drain well. Mix batter of egg, milk, baking powder, flour, oil, salt and pepper. Cook in deep fryer until golden brown.
