3 c. crisp rice cereal
1 c. salted peanuts
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix cereal and peanuts; set aside. Combine sugar and corn syrup. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a full rolling boil. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Immediately pour syrup over cereal mixture, stirring gently to coat. Pat cereal evenly into buttered 8"x8"x2" pan. Cool, cut into 2"x1" bars. Makes 32 bars.
