1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. sugar
3/8 c. flour
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. English walnuts or pecans
3/4 c. chocolate chips
9 inch pie shell

Mix ingredients (in order listed above). Pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
