APRICOT DREAM SQUARES 
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 1/4 c. & 3 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
1 c. finely chopped dried apricots
3/4 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix butter and 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1 1/4 cups flour. Press into 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

Blend remaining 1 cup sugar, eggs, apricot, coconut, pecans and remaining 3 tablespoons flour, 3/4 teaspoon vanilla, lemon juice and salt. Spread over baked crust. Bake 25 minutes.
