EASY SHERRIED BEEF 
3 lb. beef roast, sliced into 1-2 inch cubes
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. sherry
1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix

Mix all ingredients, pour into greased casserole dish. Bake 3 hours at 350 degrees or 4 hours at 300 degrees covered.
