BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 env. gelatin
1 can condensed beef consomme
3/4 c. mayonnaise
4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 pkgs. chopped broccoli
4 hard boiled eggs

Soften gelatin in cold water and dissolve in heated consomme. Add other ingredients, except broccoli and egg, and mix well. Place broccoli and egg in ring mold and pour mixture over. Chill overnight. Serve with lettuce and mayonnaise garish.
