BREAKFAST PIZZA 
1 lb. ground pork, browned
1 pkg. crescent rolls, refrigerated
1 c. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 c. cheddar cheese
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
5 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. bacon, cooked & crumbled
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. mushrooms
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Separate crescent rolls into 8 triangles. Place in an ungreased 12" pizza pan with points toward center. Press over bottom and up sides to form crust. Seal perforations. Spoon ground pork over crust. Sprinkle with potatoes, bacon and mushrooms. Top with cheese. In a bowl, beat together eggs, milk and salt. Pour into crust. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
