4 potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 can vegetable soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. ground lean beef
Cheese, optional

Mix all ingredients. Place in greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees until potatoes are done. Do not brown meat before cooking. Sprinkle with cheese.
