VEGGIE CASSEROLE 
3 c. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. cheese, grated
1 can French onions
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. minced onion

Grease casserole dish. In large bowl, add all ingredients except French onions. Mix until covered and put in dish. Put whole bowl of ingredients in. Bake at 350 to 400 degrees for 45-60 minutes. Last 10 minutes, cover top with French onions. Serve hot as part of a main dish.
