WALDORF SALAD 
4 c. unpeeled apples, cubed
2 c. celery, diced
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
2 c. Hellmann's or Kraft's mayonnaise mixed with 2 tbsp. pineapple juice and 2 tbsp. milk
1 c. sm. marshmallows
About 2 tbsp. lemon juice sprinkled on apples to keep from turning brown

Mix them with celery, nuts, marshmallows, add mayonnaise mixed with pineapple juice and milk and toss. Refrigerate in tightly covered bowl. Serve when cold.
