3 dozen pears 1 dozen green peppers (bell) 1 dozen red bell peppers 4 sm. onions 2 qts. vinegar 2 1/2 c. sugar 1 1/2 tbsp. salt Celery seed and spice to taste Grind pears, onions, and peppers. Put in bag and drip overnight. Next morning, have vinegar, salt, and spices boiling hot. Put in other ingredients and boil 20 minutes. Pour into hot jars; seal at once. |
