BARBECUE BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
16 oz. can pork & beans
3/4 c. barbecue sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 c. shredded cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brown ground beef and drain. Stir in next 5 ingredients; heat until bubbly. Can pour into 2 quart casserole or keep on top of stove and turn heat to low and cover and cook about 20 minutes (may need to add water). Top with cheese before serving. (Sometimes I only use 1/2 can of beans.)
