STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
4 slices bacon, diced
1/4 c. onion, minced
2 tbsp. green pepper, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. butter

Sauté bacon, onion and green pepper. Pour off fat. Mix in salt, Worcestershire sauce, and cream cheese. Wash and dry mushrooms. Remove stems. Chop stems and add to bacon mixture. Fill mushroom with mixture. Melt butter and mix with bread crumbs. Press on top of stuffed mushrooms. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes. Broil 1-2 minutes until bread crumbs are browned. Serve hot.
