1 (1 3/8 oz.) envelope onion soup mix
1 (16 oz.) carton commercial sour cream
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
1/4 c. finely chopped cucumber
1/4 finely chopped pimento

Combine sour mix and sour cream. Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill 1 hour. Serve with crackers or chips. Yield: 2 1/4 cups.
