BEAN SALAD 
1 (#2) can French cut green beans
1 sm. can tiny English peas
2 stalks celery
1 lg. thinly sliced onion
1 sm. bell pepper
1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos, chopped
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. cider vinegar

Combine all vegetables. Mix well, sugar, vinegar, and water until dissolved. Pour over vegetables. Salad will keep several days.

Mom says 1/2 of dressing is plenty.
