MEXICAN MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
3/4 c. Quaker Masa Harina (or 3 to 4 slices of bread)
1 med. onion, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder

Combine all ingredients; mix well. Shape to form 6 to 8 oval-shaped meat loaves; place in large shallow baking pan. Bake in preheated moderate oven (375 degrees) for 20 to 25 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
