BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 - 2 lbs. beef, cut in strips (little finger size)
2 onions, chopped
2 cans beef broth
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper
3/4 - 1 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 1/2 c. sour cream
Pinch garlic

Brown beef strips in 2 tablespoons oil. Remove from pan and place in crock pot or baking dish. Saute onions and cut up mushrooms in oil. Add 1/2 cup flour to the drippings, add the broth, stir with a whisk to remove any lumps. Add the sauce to the meat and allow to simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Stir in the sour cream and serve over rice, noodles or chow mein noodles.
