CHICKEN BRAISED IN RED WINE 
1 lb. chicken breast
3 cloves garlic
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 bay leaves
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
3 cups red wine
1 zest of a lemon
salt to taste

Mince the garlic and zest the lemon.

In a pan, heat oil and sauté the garlic and chicken for 3 minutes.

Add the soy sauce, black pepper, and bay leaf.

Add the wine, bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer for 40 minutes.

Once the meat is tender, season with salt and add some lemon zest
