CORN BREAD 
3/4 c. cornmeal
1 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. or less salt
1/4 c. molasses
3/4 c. skim milk
1 egg or 1/4 c. egg substitute
2 tbsp. canola oil

Sift together cornmeal, flour, baking powder and salt, add remaining ingredients. Place in 9 inch pan sprayed with cooking spray and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
