CLAM SAUCE OVER FETTUCCINE 
1/2 c. oil
2 tbsp. onion
4 cloves garlic
Hot pepper
1/2 c. wine
2 tbsp. cheese
1 can clams

Saute in 1/4 cup oil the onion, garlic and hot pepper flakes. Add rest of oil. Add 1/4 cup wine and simmer until volume is reduced in half. Add clams and rest of wine and the 2 tablespoons cheese. Serve over cooked fettuccine.
