GARLIC FETTUCCINE WITH CHICKEN
BREAST
 
2 bags Herb's garlic fettuccine
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast
2 cans Hunts spaghetti sauce
Garlic powder to taste
Black pepper to taste
1/2 lb. low fat-part skim Mozzarella cheese

Boil water; put in fettuccine, then place chicken on cookie sheet. Sprinkle garlic powder and pepper (to taste) on chicken and broil until lightly browned. Put one slice of cheese on each breast and brown the cheese. Serve on a bed of fettuccine with sauce. Very nutritious and very low fat.
