PIZZA DOUGH 
1 c. + 1 tbsp. water (warm)
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 tbsp. Wesson oil
2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3 1/2 c. flour

Mix water, yeast, oil, sugar, salt. Stir in 3 1/2 cups flour. Cover and let rise 2 to 3 hours until triple in size. Divide dough into 3 parts (2 if you like thick crust). Roll on floured board until thickness desired. Place on pizza pan and toppings.
