PINEAPPLE-UPSIDE-DOWN CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
2 c. packed brown sugar
3 c. Schwan's chunk pineapple, thawed and drained
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 c. water
1/3 c. oil
3 eggs
Schwan's vanilla ice cream

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare topping: Place butter in a 9x13 inch baking pan. Place pan in oven until butter melts. Sprinkle brown sugar over butter. Layer pineapple over sugar mixture.

Prepare cake batter: In a large bowl, combine cake mix, water, oil, and eggs at low speed until moistened; beat 2 minutes at highest speed. Spoon batter evenly over pineapple. Bake 35-40 minutes until tester inserted in the center comes out clean.
