FRESH TOMATO SAUCE 
5 lg. very ripe tomatoes
1 sm. onion
2 leaves sage or 1/2 tsp. dried sage
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/4 c. olive oil
Fresh Parmesan cheese

Cut tomatoes in fourths. Cut onions in fourths. Combine in saucepan. Add sage, salt and pepper. Simmer hard for 20 minutes. Taste, correct seasoning. Remove from stove, add olive oil. Run through blender or food processor until pureed. Serve over freshly cooked pasta.

Grate cheese generously over sauced pasta. Microwave on medium high for 15 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
