FRUIT AND FIBER MUFFINS 
1 c. unsifted flour
1/3 c. light brown sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. Fruit & Fiber cereal
1 c. milk
1 egg
1/3 c. oil

Mix first 4 ingredients together. In a separate bowl, combine cereal and milk; let stand 3 minutes. Mix well. Add egg and oil to cereal mixture; blend well. Add dry ingredients to cereal mixture (batter will be thick). Spoon into greased muffin tins. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Yield: 12 muffins.
