COCONUT CUSTARD PIE | |
1/2 c. sweet milk 1 1/4 c. coconut 1/4 c. butter 1 c. sugar 3 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla Pour milk over coconut and let stand while creaming eggs, sugar, and butter with mixer. Add vanilla then add milk and coconut. Pour into 9 inch crust. Bake at 350 degrees until center is set. |
