RHUBARB TORTE 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
Dash of salt
6 tbsp. butter
2 eggs
4 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. sugar

Mix together like a pie crust. Pat into a 13 x 9 inch cake pan. 2 pkg. strawberry gelatin, powder form 2 c. sugar 1 c. flour 1/2 c. butter

Put rhubarb pieces over crust. Sprinkle Jello over it. Mix sugar, flour, and butter well and crumble over Jello.

Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool before cutting so Jello thickens.
