SOUR CREAM ENCHILADAS 
1 1/2 lbs. browned ground beef
1/2 c. diced onion
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
2 tbsp. salsa
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 pt. sour cream

Mix all ingredients in large skillet. Heat to a low bubble. Remove from heat. Spread sauce like butter on flour tortilla. Roll tortilla in 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour remaining sauce over top and some grated cheese over that. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
