EGG DROP SOUP - EASY 
1 lg. can Sue Bee chicken broth
1/3 c. soy sauce
6 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 c. scallions & tops, finely chopped

Bring broth to a boil. Stir in soy sauce. Bring to second boil. Remove from heat; add eggs all at once, stirring rapidly with a spoon. Egg will separate to form fine threads. Stir in scallions. Serve immediately.
