GRAMMONKIES PEACH CAKE 
2 eggs beaten slightly
1/2 lb. butter melted
2 c. sugar
2 c. self rising flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1 16 to 22 oz. can peaches undrained and chopped

Icing:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/4 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

In a mixing bowl combine eggs and butter with dry ingredients.

Fold in peaches; pour batter into a sheet pan.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes. For icing, combine all the ingredients in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes. Pour over cake while it is still hot. Optional: You can substitute other favorite fruits and add nuts on top.
