TOSCA COOKIES 
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. melted butter
1 c. flour
1/2 c. sliced almonds
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. milk

Cream eggs and sugar. Stir in 1 cup of flour and 1 cup melted butter. Pour into greased and floured jelly roll pan (10 x 13 inches). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. While that is baking place rest of ingredients in a saucepan and heat, stirring continuously. Bring to simmer - it will get thick. Pour over cake immediately from the oven. Then put it under the broiler until brown and bubbly. Watch it carefully, because it burns very quickly. Let cool, cut into squares and serve.
