TINY SWEDISH PANCAKES (EA) 
3 eggs, beaten until thick & fluffy
3 tbsp. sugar
1 c. cream
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
2 tbsp. melted butter

Mix well. Lightly grease hot "platt pans" with butter and bake about a tablespoon of batter to each pan. Serve hot with strawberry preserves and whipped cream.
