SWEDISH OVEN PANCAKES 
4 eggs
2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter, soft
1 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. sugar
1 scant tsp. salt

Beat eggs well. Add milk, butter, flour, sugar and salt. Beat hard. Pour into jelly roll pan 10 x 15 inches. Bake in very hot oven (425 degrees) 15-20 minutes. Serve with butter and syrup.

Option: Melt the 2 tablespoons of butter in the pan before pouring in the batter.
