DESSERT PIZZA 
1 (20 oz.) pkg. refrigerated sugar or chocolate chip cookie dough
1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
1 1/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1 med. banana, sliced
Strawberries, sliced
Pineapples (chunk)
4 kiwi, peeled and sliced

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 14 inch pizza pan with non-stick cooking spray. With floured hands, press cookie dough to cover bottom of pan. Bake 12 to 15 minutes. Cool cookie crust in pan on wire rack.

Prepare instant pudding as label directs but use 1 1/4 cups milk and add almond extract. Spread pudding on top of cooled crust. Then arrange fruit on pudding. Refrigerate.
